I use Ariston Reserve Olive Oil in place of butter for cooking the best homefries you can ever imagine. This olive oil does not leave a greasy after taste, unlike Saturated butter we normally use in cooking imagine going to the frying pan, and eating leftovers that are cold; but, No grease ooh what a wonderful taste. I reccommend it to all family and friends as well as others looking for a great OLIVE OIl w/out the add fat.
