My first order was for two bottles of the balsamic vinegar and one of the shake and serve. I thought the two bottles of vinegar would last awhile, but was I wrong! When my wife started using it she couldn't believe what a difference it made in her salad dressings and cooking. Before long those two bottles were empty and I ordered the gallon size. Now we are sharing this delicious vinegar with our family, and they are becoming Ariston fans too.
